Australian independent agency CX Lavender has launched a separate technology pure play company, CXTX, with a focus on creating software that helps marketers do more in-house.
The aim of CXTX is to empower marketers to create a better customer experience by simplifying the technology they need to connect with their customers.
The company’s first product to market is no_code, a software tool that enables marketers to produce agency-quality digital marketing in-house – in a fraction of the time it takes when engaging agencies or offshore suppliers.
A cloud-based tool, no_code’s simple and intuitive drag-and-drop interface means marketing departments and business owners without coding or design experience can create fully responsive eDMs in minutes, without writing a single line of code. By removing the coding step, no_code enables marketers to slash digital lead times and remove the cost of using developers for digital creation – in 10 minutes, a marketer can do what would take a technical developer all morning.
The full suite of tools will expand within the next six months to include digital display advertising and landing pages, empowering marketers to create end-to-end digital communications in-house.
With built-in asset and workflow management technology, no_code coordinates feedback and approvals in one place, keeps all assets on hand in a searchable library and supports agile working. Modular components custom-built to a brand’s guidelines means deeper brand integration and governance that traditional template-based platforms cannot provide.
No_code is designed to integrate with all major marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, IBM Watson and Adobe Marketing Cloud, enhancing creative quality and dynamic content capabilities. While Salesforce and the like allow clients to build emails, the process is time consuming and requires tech and developer support. In contrast, no_code simplifies the creation process and then integrates with those platforms to automate and dispatch.
